Returns
We accept returns within 10 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- regular priced item
- unused and in the same condition that you received it
- must be in the original packaging with tags attached
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at team@miwookidsph.com within 48 hours. In these cases, we will cover all shipping costs to make it right!
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We have the right to refuse your return if the item returned is not matching the description of returns. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping on your original invoice will be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. You can check-in with credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
Items purchased on sale prices cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for the another item or different size, send us an email at team@miwookidsph.com and send your item to 03 Purok 6B, San Juan, Apalit, Pampanga 2016.
We will not cover shipping costs for size or item exchanges.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you as a refund.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

We prefer to use our partner courier J&T. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.Â
